    This is a robust, dark-green, very fresh, early-harvest Koroneiki. It is very well balanced with strong fruitiness and pungency and nice bitterness. The green herbaceous flavors of nettle, green tea, and black pepper are evident alongside the dominant and typical green banana flavor of the variety.
